Nice house here in nice middle class area. I spend a lot of time in Africa on projects. Like to rent rooms to responsible someone who need quiet appropriate place. No down, just email and interview, one day to three months, Great executive single bedroom @ $400 weekly for one, $ 60 nightly, $1200 monthly. Longer stay somewhat negotiable on rates--2 months @$1150, 3 months at $1,100. Have a easy going professional software engineer super cool rent a room now and again but basically empty most of the time. Not looking for longer term stay but lets talk about it if you need to and this looks for some reason like a perfect fit.
Beautiful place with swimming pool, great back yard with big deck, gardens coming alive this spring. Cool place. Cable TV each bedroom. 4 bedrooms.
You will never sleep better, with fabulous pillow top bed, fully furnished with first class linens and the whole nine yards, 1 minute from Southern State freeway in beautiful house with large backyard. the large swimming pool is awesome.

I know you are paying crazy rates at hotels, this is quieter, professional upscale house super comfortable and you will meet some really fascinating and brilliant people who are friends and visit frequently from all over the world. Otherwise quiet. You have full great kitchen, beautiful living dining room to let down and hang out, smoker outside ok but not inside.
